Women’s Fund Workshop: High Value Ideas and Overflowing Passion

This week we were welcomed into the capacity building workshop for the 12 grant partners of the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio.  We fashioned an abbreviated version of a critical thinking workshop, helping them to focus on their high-value ideas and resonating stories. We were thrilled to be there as these partners had amazing passion and spirit for their projects, which ranged from helping women be prepared to run for public office to re-settling women and children who were refugees from Rwanda, Somalia and more.  We thought it was one of the most energizing workshops we had facilitated, and the feedback from them was it was one of the best professional development days they had had in years.  A win for all.
