Before and After: Ariel Garten

Ariel Garten, CEO of Interaxon Computing, delivered a TEDxToronto talk in 2011 to great reviews (top video), including 250,000 views on TED.com.  She was invited to speak at TEDxSanDiego in December, 2012 where we worked with her on the “re-do” of her talk (below) which was to be 6 minutes shorter with a tighter opening, story arc and transitions.  See if you can tell the difference, and which talk resonates with you more.
